30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Lean Back Navigator subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellations take effect immediately, and we will issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all transactions. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
2. Contact us through the support channel in your account and we will help.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
